Fujitsu Launchpad is a Tokyo-based venture studio subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited. As a corporate venture studio, we act as an institutional cofounder by proactively investing in and building ventures from an initial idea stage. We create new ventures from zero, with the goals of achieving product-market fit, growing profitable new businesses, and delivering outsized returns on investment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Engineering to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all internal IT devices, implementing a Zero Trust architecture with Google Workspace and SaaS deployment planning and management, and assisting automation of IT audit practice with help from security experts.

Role and Responsibilities

Zero Trust Architecture

• Design, implement, and manage a Zero Trust security model for the organization.
• Deploy and configure Google Workspace to align with Zero Trust principles.
• Ensure Zero Trust access controls and continuous authentication for all users.
• Collaborate with security teams to define access policies and security protocols.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for security threats and anomalies.

IT Audit Support

• Assist in preparing for IT audits by ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external security and audit specialists to provide documentation and evidence.
• Help to conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and fixes.
